Special Events & Rental Info

Consider holding your next family, organization, community, or commemorative event at a City of Stockton facility.  

 

These rental venues work wonderfully for live concert performances, exhibitions, and weddings... even car or craft shows.  

 

Or how about a City venue for your next team-building effort, organizational meeting, golf tournament, or luncheon?

 

Plus, consider a smaller facility for a business retreat.  We can assist with the rental process and information on venue requirements to make your next event a success.

Time Frame for Filing a Special Event Application

An application for a Special Event Permit must be filed with the Special Event Department no less than 45 calendar days, and nor more than one year, prior to date of the proposed special event.

 

Fill out a special events application at the Stockton Civic Memorial Auditorium, Weber Point, Downtown Plaza, or any City park or facility (and on private property when required by Stockton Municipal Code Chapter 16).  

 

A special event processing fee will apply to all event applications that do not include rental payment of a City-owned facility.
